TrapBag® is a series of pentagon-shaped bags that are slanted on one side, vertical on the opposite side and open at the top for filling. Each of the cells is connected side by side like an accordion, each cell has a common wall with the next cell and is collapsed during storage and deployment.

The cells are made of high strength textiles. Each of the cells is self-contained but depends on the next cell for strength. If one of the cells is compromised, it will not affect the rest of the barrier, which will remain strong.

TrapBag® uses 40% less backfill material than a stacked sandbag wall, but more importantly, a single section 30 meters long and 1.2m high do_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_TrapBag®, replaces approximately 8,000 sandbags, making them an excellent alternative for situations that require this need.
