Description

Dehydration processes with TITANTubes aim to eliminate water from sludge and waste from industrial processes, water and sewage treatment, among others. These sludges, mostly composed of water, need a correct destination so that they do not cause damage to the environment. For its transport to be effective, the dehydration or dewatering of these residues is necessary and of great cost benefit.

After the dehydration process, the volume to be transported is basically solid. The water extracted during the process can also be reused for other reuse purposes.

Operation

The process of dehydration of the residues happens through the pumping of the sediment for the inside of the TITANTubes, with the application of a physicochemical process of treatment of residues via polymer. During the pumping process, the residue is placed against the resistance of the fabric of the tubes, thus, its solids are retained and the water is continuously removed by the pores of the TITANTubes.
